Whitney Birdwell


Whitney is an executive coach who works with high performing leaders and teams to maximize success, balance, and satisfaction.  Whitney helps her clients become conscious of what's holding them back and create a plan to move to the next level.  Whitney’s style is intuitive and immediately impactful.

Whitney has a deep and broad understanding of finance, real estate and nonprofit advisory.  She began her career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley.  From there, she helped create and manage large-scale projects from luxury resorts to higher education projects at Lowe Enterprises and Stanford University.  She has also collaborated with and coached Stanford’s top philanthropists on creating lasting legacies. 

Whitney received an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and an MA in Education from Stanford Graduate School of Education.  She graduated with honors in Economics from Princeton University with a Certificate in Finance and raced competitively on the Princeton Sailing Team.  Whitney is certified by The Coaches Training Institute and credentialed by the International Coaching Federation.  Whitney completed a yearlong UCLA Certification in Mindfulness Facilitation at the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior.
